NEW PATIENTS

To establish care, all new patients will undergo a brief 3-5 minute telephone or virtual evaluation conducted by our MD at the time of service. This mandatory assessment, which ensures personalized and comprehensive care, has a fee of $39 and provides coverage for services over a twelve-month period.
